The past two years have seen rapid growth in the global OTT market, fueled by changing consumer behaviour and the development of experiences, features and capability such as personalisation and FAST channels. This explosive growth is expected to increase over the next three years as AI and video streaming technology capabilities mature.

Fuelling this growth will be the ongoing improvement of live stream quality and latency; a huge increase in live events, including sport; a diversification of streaming business models across the industry such as SVOD and AVOD; a revolution in video ad technology, delicately balancing commercial demands with quality user experience; and hyper-personalisation via AI and ML, enabling far greater content discovery than ever before. The user is at the centre of the streaming experience, integrating advanced technologies with intuitive design will be the key to success in the future of streaming.

This session digs into these trends while highlighting the emerging technologies that enable these shifts. Enjoy the following panel, featuring industry experts from the global media market as they discuss the future trends of streaming.
